You are looking to measure the diameter of the steerer tube at the portion that sticks out from your frame (where it says 1 1/8", below). This is the part where the Mac Ride front mount fits, so it is the part that counts.
Sometimes the spec on your bike will say 1 1/8" with a "tapered" steerer tube, and then give additional dimensions, which can be confusing. As long as it's 1 1/8" at the part above your frame, the rest doesn't matter for fitting Mac Ride. So don't be worried about "tapered".

For bikes with quill stems, they go inside a threaded steerer tube. These bikes, some commuters and older bikes - will need a quill stem adapter, either 7/8" or 1". For North America, there is a sneaky way to check what size you need, with either a Canadian or US quarter:
Mac Ride is great on small, large, and extra large frames. We have yet to find an XL frame with a top tube that is too long for Mac Ride's telescopic bar. So far, Mac Ride has been able to lengthen to reach the steerer tube and seat post of all XL frames.
Mac Ride comes with two mounting bracket standard spacers-- 1 1/8". If you do not have a common bike, you will need to purchase different mounting spacers. Which ones? The answer lies in the steerer tube. There are four main steerer tube sizes, below.

How to know which one you need? Sometimes the size is marked on the shaft of the stem (inside the steerer tube), but not always. If you have calipers, you can check this out (the measurement is the diameter), otherwise, it might be worth checking things out with a bike shop before you order.
YES: 1 1/8" (28.575mm) - Threadless steerer tube - the most common - on most modern mountain bikes, most road bikes and many commuter bikes - Mac Ride compatible; 2 provided with a Mac Ride purchase.
YES: 7/8" (22.2mm) - Quill type stem with threaded steerer tube for commuters and certain older bikes (check carefully for a 7/8" sizing, rather than 1" and order appropriately.) Must be purchased online.
YES: 1" (25.4mm) - Quill type stem with threaded steerer tube for commuters and certain older bikes (check carefully for a 1" sizing, rather than 7/8" and order appropriately.) Must be purchased online.
The width of a Mac Ride seat's stirrups is 70mm; to allow for wiggle room and to ensure Mac Ride's stirrups don't touch your frame, we recommend a max top and down tube width of 60mm or less. It is true that riders use Mac Ride with tube widths that go to 68-69mm. Some put tape or mini grips on the stirrups to protect possible touching between the stirrups and their frame. It is their decision to do so, but it's not recommended.
Again, it is true that riders use Mac Ride with tube widths that go to 98-99mm. Some put tape or mini grips on the stirrups to protect possible touching between the stirrups and their frame. It is their decision to do so, but it's not recommended.
Unfortunately not. The area becomes more crowded and you need space for your front clamp to close around the Mac Ride front mount spacer on the steerer tube. In any case, Mac Ride is better on a more low key bike for cruising child-friendly trails :)
The down tube often has a battery pack on it and the stirrups need a certain width and buffer for movement side to side, which the battery doesn't usually allow for (if riding without an e-bike adapter, tubes should be no more than 60mm*)
"Now you can install a standard 1 "1/8 stem on your Lefty fork (OPI and 1"). This new tube gives you access to shredding with Mac Ride, and to lighter stems, of the brand you like best and with any angle/length.Valid for any Lefty fork, just check the size of your original tube."
Who doesn't want that? I needed to get my hands on the two black tubes, and once I did, I immediately noticed the unique, pearl shape of each bristle. There are subtle differences between the two mascaras, especially when it comes to the applicator size.
General anesthesia places the entire body into a state of deep sleep or unconsciousness, during which the patient has no awareness or sensation. This means you will not feel anything or remember the surgical experience. General anesthesia is administered by injection either through an intravenous line (IV), inhalation via a breathing mask, airway device, or tube, or sometimes a combination of these. This type of anesthesia may inhibit or stop your breathing and may requires intubation (placement of a breathing tube), or placement of an airway device to assist with breathing. The tube or device is inserted after you are completely asleep and is removed once the surgery is complete and you are breathing well on your own. Upon awakening from general anesthesia, patients may experience a mild sore throat from the breathing tube and/or disorientation.
The head is now suspended from the blade held in your left hand, freeing your right hand to place the tube. Use a 6.5-8 for a woman and a 7.5-9.0 for a man. The larger the tube, the less resistance to breathing there will be. Hold the preselected tube in your right hand like a pencil, curve forward.
Pass the tube to the right of the blade and through the cords in one smooth motion. If the patient is breathing, time the forward thrust for inspiration when the cords are fully open. During expiration, the tube may bounce off the closing cords into the esophagus. You can understand why the blade should optimally be as far to the left side of the mouth as possible: otherwise there is no room to pass the tube.
Always try to see the tube pass between the cords. Stop advancing the tube when you see the cuff completely pass the cords: usually 21-22 cm at the front teeth in an adult. Carefully hold the tube where it exits the right side of the mouth and remove the blade with your left hand.
Once the intubation is done, completely remove the stylet. Grip the tube firmly where it exits the mouth because the force needed to remove the stylet will sometimes threaten to pull the tube out with it.
After inflating the cuff and before doing anything else, make sure that the tube is in the trachea. Listen for the presence and equality of breath sounds over both lung fields and for the absence of gurgling sounds over the stomach. Never assume that the tube is in the trachea until you have checked it yourself. Verification with a carbon dioxide detector is recommended.
The next component in line is either your preamp or integrated amp. My setup includes a tube preamp that has both a headphone output and individual right and left line-level RCA outputs, which then feed either my tube or solid-state amplifier (I have one of each). Either amp then leads to my loudspeakers. If I'm listening through headphones, they are fed directly from my preamp.

Ovarian and fallopian tube cancers happens in the ovaries or fallopian tubes of the female reproductive system. There are two ovaries, one on each side of the uterus, that produce eggs and female hormones. Each ovary is joined to the uterus by a fallopian tube. The egg produced monthly by one of your ovaries, travels through the fallopian tube to the uterus.
Ovarian cancer is a malignant (cancer) tumour in one or both ovaries. A common ovarian cancer is one that starts in the surface of the ovary, known as the epithelium. Sometimes ovarian cancer can start in the fallopian tube(s) and spread to the ovary.

Enteral feeding supply allowances (B4034, B4035, and B4036) include all supplies, other than the feeding tube and nutrients, required for the administration of enteral nutrients to the beneficiary for one day. Only one unit of service may be billed for any one day. Codes B4034, B4035, and B4036 describe a daily supply fee rather than a specifically defined "kit." The use of individual items may differ from beneficiary to beneficiary, and from day to day. Items included in these codes are not limited to pre-packaged "kits" bundled by manufacturers or distributors. These supply allowances include, but are not limited to, a catheter/tube anchoring device, feeding bag/container, flushing solution bag/container, administration set tubing, extension tubing, feeding/flushing syringes, gastrostomy tube holder, dressings (any type) used for gastrostomy tube site, tape (to secure tube or dressings), Y connector, adapter, gastric pressure relief valve, declogging device. These items must not be separately billed using the miscellaneous code (B9998), or using a specific code for any individual item, should a unique HCPCS code for the item exist. 2ff7e9595c
